Refund Policy

Refund of any product is only allowed under the following circumstances:

  • The customer can either cancel or return only one time the product within the first 7 days, and the total amount will then be refunded to the customer.
  • There may be a delay in the refund because of the bank’s usual delays, calamities, or national holidays.
  • A customer can ask for his/her refund if the specification of the product received is not in line with the specifications mentioned on the website. No kind of refund will be entertained if any physical damage exists ( and the same is not notified within the initial 24 hours of receiving the product), any unusual electrical surge, or any sort of damage caused by the user himself/herself.
  • It is essential you note that the amount may be refunded depending on the situation after deducting the corresponding bank and delivery charges.
  • In case there exists a freebie in your order, we would not be able to take any refund request against the respective order.
  • We would not be able to take a refund request once an exchange request has been fulfilled. In case you face any problems after the exchange, please claim the warranty.

Cancellation Policy

We believe, and in helping each of our customers as far, we can and have, therefore, a cancellation policy which is relatively liberal. However, under this policy:

  • Customers are allowed to cancel a placed order within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has been dispatched within the 24-hour timeframe, the cancellation request will be entertained as a return request.
  • The cancellation requests will not be entertained in any manner if the concerned orders have already been communicated to the respective customers and they have initiated the procedure of shipping them.
  • Cancellations are not entertained for the selected products that have been obtained on some special occasions. (These exist limited occasion offers, and therefore the cancellations related to that are not possible.)

Replacement Policy

Replacement of any product is allowed/permitted only under the following situations:

  • To request a replacement, reach out to us at sales@gadgetgear.co or call us on +91 9099 201 000 with the Order ID.
  • The customer can proceed with the process of replacing the product unit received within 7 days from the delivery date, and he/she can get a replacement unit delivered to the corresponding customer.
  • Replacement can also be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is in a defective condition or bears any form of physical damage within the first 24 hours of the receipt of the product
  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can only be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the same product delivered is not functioning appropriately within 7 days, counting from the delivery date.
  • If receipt of damaged or defective items, you’re requested to report the same to our website’s support team on sales@gadgetgear.co or call us on +91 9099 201 000 with the with the Order ID. However, the request will be entertained by us once a Gadget Gear team member has checked and determined the same at his/her own end. After that, this is typically reported back to the respective customer within 24 hours of the receipt for the products by Gadget Gear.
  • If you feel that the product received doesn’t resemble or is not the same as shown on our site or as per the displayed specifications, it is essential you bring it to the notice of our website support team.
  • Make sure to have that done within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into the registered complaint, the support team will move forward, taking an appropriate decision.
  • In the situation of replacement, the entire product package along with the product and its corresponding accessories intact will be picked up by a courier boy who is arranged by our team.

No product will not be replaced under the following mentioned circumstances:

  • When a customer is not happy with the look/feel of a product that is free from any defects.
  • Any kind of physical damage not notified within the first 24 hours of receiving the product is not considered.

Product Pricing

  • The product prices that are listed on the website are current. While each care has been accurately taken to label the products, errors in the data entry and regular updating may occur. We also reserve every right to cancel any order where a transaction has been made, and the price indicated was incorrect. In such rare situations, we will give our customers the full refund of all money received.
  • The prices are subject to change with/without any advance notice.
  • All prices displayed on this website are in INR. For dealing with international cards, the banks’ applicable exchange rate and corresponding charges will apply. We further have no jurisdiction over this. Any form of disputes or series of queries on exchange rates and the bank charges need to be directed solely to the bank or the institution that issued your card for payment instrument.
  • All orders are generally acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at a price in effect only when receipt of money and raising an invoice.
  • The products that belong to us are entirely liable for GST in India.

Out of Stock Situations

Our endeavor is entirely focused on ensuring that all the products listed on the website site are available in our stock for dispatch to the interested buyer. However, in any case, if the same is not available for any particular reason, we will contact you within two working days and eventually give you the option to either exchange, delay, or cancel the order. The decision will sit at your convenience.

Delivery of Products

  • The purchases are shipped from our own or other third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various venues in India. We endeavor to make our products reach you within the 7 – 10 Business days from receipt of the order and the payment, depending on the corresponding address for delivery.
  • The order deliveries will be made either by our own staff or third-party courier, and the logistics companies or the Postal Services. The timings will usually fall between 10:30 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Saturday.
  • The goods will need to be correctly signed upon delivery. It is crucial you take well notice of the fact that we take no responsibility for the goods that are signed by an alternative person other than the registered person who is ordering the product at the same address indicated during the event of placing the order.
  • As the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses during the order placement event.
  • We don’t hold responsibility for any damage to products after delivery.
  • All the claims, if any, for the shortages or the damages must be reported directly to the customer service on the very day of delivery. You can use the contact us page on our website. Also, for the said shortage of goods, you need to highlight and adequately sign the Proof of the delivery copy and return it to our delivery person.
  • In a situation when the order has not been delivered but is still reflecting “Delivered” on the available tracker, please highlight it within 48 hours. Otherwise, we will not be liable to process your request any further.

Delivery Charges

The shipping and the handling rates may vary accordingly based on product, size, volume, type, packaging, and other considerations. Also, the shipping and the handling charges are given at the time of check-out, and the consumers will be aware of this before making payments.
